This is a list the entire Bingo Book (Also known as the Black Book or the List of Criminals) for all Nukenin on this site. The bounty for the character is decided by the staff, but members must individually apply for their character to be a part of the bingo book. Adding a character's name to the Bingo book reduces their reputation by 20 points immediately, but a character can only be entered into the book once, and once entered, can never be removed. Even upon death. Only Nukenin may be added to the Bingo book; but normal members have a 'bounty' attached to their heads to give Nukenin the incentive to attack other members as well. The following is a list of how many Notoriety points are gained depending on the rank of the village ninja killed, and the reputation deducted:
D-Rank (Genin) - 4 Notoriety Points, -2 Reputation
C-Rank (Chuunin) - 6 Notoriety Points, -3 Reputation
B-Rank (Special Jounin) - 8 Notoriety Points, -1/4 of defeated character's Rep.
A-Rank (Jounin) - 12 Notoriety Points, -1/3 of defeated character's Rep.
S-rank (Sennin/Kage) - 20 Notoriety Points, 1/2 of defeated character's Rep.
If your character is lower in rank than the defeated village ninja, you gain 2 extra Notortiety Points and -1 extra Reputation point for each rank below that village ninja to whom your character killed. ie. A D-rank Missing Nin kills a Special Jounin. They gain 4 extra Notoriety Points, and -2 extra Reputation due to the 2 rank difference. Note: This is highly unlikely, as usually a large gap like that would result in your own character's death, but is still possible.
The below is the format to fill out for your Bingo Book Character. Note: All A rank and S rank Nukenin are immediately registered here by the staff, and the Reputation deducted.

When a Nukenin is captured/killed, the ninja who captured/killed the Nukenin gains 1/4 of the Nukenin's negative reputation (except added instead of subtracted), and a certain amount of Mission Points decided by the staff. Amount of mission points are determined by the seriousness of the crime committed by that Nukenin.
