[u][b]Rank[/b][/u]: (What rank you want your character to be. Options are Genin, Chuunin, Special Jounin, Jounin, ANBU [Or whatever your village's special ops are], Sannin, Kage or Missing Nin.)
[u][b]Alias[/b][/u]: (Name your character goes by or false name they use for identification like "Fire Fist" or something.)
[u][b]Gender[/b][/u]: (Gender of your character. Male or Female only.)
[u][b]Date of Birth[/u][/b]: (Month and Day your character was born.)
[u][b]Age[/b][/u]: (Age of your character.)
[u][b]Race[/b][/u]: (Your character MUST be human. You may choose the skin color to be anything you wish.)
[u][b]Birth Location[/b][/u]: (Where your character was born. Must be relative to the Naruto World.)
[u][b]Village of Residence[/b][/u]: (What village your character serves. Does not have to be birth village.)
[u][b]Quote[/b][/u]: (A quote your character lives by or likes quite a bit.)
[b][u]Clan[/u][/b]: (What clan your character is a part of. Clan must exist on this site. Post link to said clan if you choose to fill out this option. Does not have to be a registered clan if the clan has no Kekkei Genkai/Hiden.)

[u][b]Physical Appearance[/b][/u]: (What your character looks like and what clothes they usually wear. Two paragraphs or follow the below template:

[u]Facial Features[/u]: (What your character's face looks like and if there are any specific features about it.)
[u]Body Features[/u]: (Any unnaturally inflicted marks on your character's body like tattoos and wounds.)
[u]Clothing Features[/u]: (What your character wears usually.)
[u]Extra Features[/u]: (Anything else we should know about your character. This place usually includes internal things like a missing kidney.))[/spoiler]

[u][b]Personality[/b][/u]: (The personality of your character and how they act usually. Please be specific. Add things like your dislikes, likes, hobbies, dreams, etc. Requires a minimum of at least 2 paragraphs, even at Genin level.)

[b]Minor Specialty[/b]: (What your character can do, but is not pro at. Can use jutsu 1 rank below character rank. No limit.)
